RECIPIENTS TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA ARE FORWARDED
Personal data are forwarded to the customer support of the online shop for the management of purchases and purchase history and for resolving customer problems.
The company’s name, name, contact phone number, and email address will be forwarded to the company delivering the goods for delivery. If the goods are delivered by courier, in addition to the contact details, the delivery address of the goods will also be provided.

When forwarding personal data to the data processors of the online shop (for example, the transport service provider and data hosting), the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of agreements concluded with the online shop and the data processors. Data processors are obligated to ensure appropriate safeguards for the processing of personal data.
ACCESS TO AND CORRECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data can be accessed and corrections made in the user profile of the online shop. If the purchase has been made without a user account, personal data can be accessed via customer support.
WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

Upon closing the customer account at the online shop, personal data will be deleted, unless such data needs to be stored for accounting or resolving consumer disputes.

To transfer personal data, it is necessary to contact customer support by sending an email to email@example.com. A request for a transfer submitted by email will be answered within a month, at the latest. Customer support will identify a person and provide them with personal data applicable to the transfer.

Aurea Regina OÜ has the right to use the buyer’s email address to send ads and other information about its products and services if the buyer has expressed a wish to do so by entering the email address and subscribed to direct mail on the website of Aurea Regina OÜ. The buyer can cancel the offers and unsubscribe from newsletters sent to the email address at any time by clicking on the link at the end of the email or by sending a corresponding message to the email address of Aurea Regina OÜ (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by following the instructions in the newsletter. Settlement of disputes
Disputes arising between Aurea Regina OÜ and the Buyer related the processing of personal data will be resolved through negotiations.
