PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

PERSONAL DATA TO BE PROCESSED

 

- Name of the person who placed an order, contact phone number, email address;

 

- Address for delivery of goods and/or registration;

 

- Bank account number (when paying by bank transfer);

 

- Cost of goods and services and data related to payments (purchase history);

 

- Customer support details.

 

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

 

Personal data are used to manage the buyer’s orders and deliver the goods.

 

Purchase history data (purchase date, goods, quantity, and the buyer’s data) are used to compile an overview of purchased goods and services and to analyse customer preferences.

 

The bank account number is used to return payments to the buyer.

 

Personal data, such as email address, contact phone, company name, name, are processed to resolve issues related to the provision of goods and services (customer support).

 

The IP address or other network identifiers of the user of the online shop are processed by the online shop as the information society service and for the production of web usage statistics.

 

LEGAL BASIS

 

The processing of personal data takes place for the purpose of fulfilling the agreement entered into with the buyer.

 

The processing of personal data is carried out in order to fulfil a legal obligation (such as accounting and the settlement of consumer disputes).

 

RECIPIENTS TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA ARE FORWARDED

 

Personal data are forwarded to the customer support of the online shop for the management of purchases and purchase history and for resolving customer problems.

 

The company’s name, name, contact phone number, and email address will be forwarded to the company delivering the goods for delivery. If the goods are delivered by courier, in addition to the contact details, the delivery address of the goods will also be provided.

 

Personal data may be forwarded to information technology service providers if this is necessary to ensure the functionality of the online shop or data hosting.

 

SECURITY AND ACCESS TO DATA

 

Personal data are stored on the servers of Roller Äritarkvara OÜ, which are located in the territory of the Member State of the European Union or countries that have joined the European Economic Area. Data may be forwarded to countries whose level of data protection has been assessed as adequate by the European Commission and to US companies that are affiliated to the Privacy Shield framework. The employees of the online shop have access to personal data for the purpose of allowing for the delivery of the goods to the buyer, resolving technical issues related to the use of the online shop, and providing customer support service.

 

The online shop implements appropriate physical, organisational, and IT security measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorised access and disclosure.

 

When forwarding personal data to the data processors of the online shop (for example, the transport service provider and data hosting), the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of agreements concluded with the online shop and the data processors. Data processors are obligated to ensure appropriate safeguards for the processing of personal data.

 

ACCESS TO AND CORRECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

 

Personal data can be accessed and corrections made in the user profile of the online shop. If the purchase has been made without a user account, personal data can be accessed via customer support.

 

WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

 

If the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of the buyer’s consent, the buyer has the right to withdraw the consent by notifying the customer support by sending an email to pood@aurearegina.ee.

 

RETENTION

 

Upon closing the customer account at the online shop, personal data will be deleted, unless such data needs to be stored for accounting or resolving consumer disputes.

 

Purchase history in the online shop without a customer account is stored for ten years.

 

In case of disputes related to payments and consumer disputes, personal data will be kept until the claim is fulfilled or the limitation period expires (three years).

 

Personal data required for accounting purposes will be kept for seven years.

 

DELETION

 

To delete personal data, it is necessary to contact customer support by sending an email to pood@aurearegina.ee. A request for deletion will be answered within a month, at the latest. Customer support identifies and specifies the period for deleting data.

 

TRANSFER

 

To transfer personal data, it is necessary to contact customer support by sending an email to pood@aurearegina.ee. A request for a transfer submitted by email will be answered within a month, at the latest. Customer support will identify a person and provide them with personal data applicable to the transfer.

Aurea Regina OÜ has the right to use the buyer’s email address to send ads and other information about its products and services if the buyer has expressed a wish to do so by entering the email address and subscribed to direct mail on the website of Aurea Regina OÜ. The buyer can cancel the offers and unsubscribe from newsletters sent to the email address at any time by clicking on the link at the end of the email or by sending a corresponding message to the email address of Aurea Regina OÜ (pood@aurearegina.ee) or by following the instructions in the newsletter.
